Responsibilities
- Design and implement front-end and back-end software solutions across the full stack.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure application performance, quality, responsiveness, code integrity, and organization.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and bugs.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Participate in requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Follow security protocols and protect confidential information.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degrees are preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of software development experience focused on full stack engineering.
- Proven experience designing, developing, and maintaining complex web applications.
- Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph.
- Proficiency with JavaScript, Python, Java, React, and related frameworks.
- Familiarity with AWS or Azure cloud services and infrastructure.
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools such as Docker, Jenkins, and Kubernetes.
- Strong knowledge of database management systems and data modeling.
- Federal or government contracting experience is highly desirable.
- Strong collaboration, communication, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
