Responsibilities
- Participate in the overall application lifecycle.
- Develop, debug, troubleshoot, and support ServiceNow applications.
- Build high-quality, reusable code and functional, sustainable web applications.
- Collaborate with development and business teams.
- Support and manage the system.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of ServiceNow development experience.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting, workflows, and integrations.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ServiceNow administration, and implementation practices.
- Familiarity with IT Service Management and IT Operations Management processes.
- Problem-solving, analytical, communication, collaboration, and independent-work skills.
- Experience with Agile or Waterfall methodologies is desirable.
