Responsibilities
- Build the session and context spine, including persistence, resumption, handover, reasoning trails, identity resolution, and entitlements.
- Develop retrieval and grounding across structured records and documents while managing product cost and latency.
- Build document intelligence for manuals, engineering drawings, certification directives, and contracts with extracted, citable information.
- Develop agentic workflow runtimes supporting multi-step work, tools, and human escalation decisions.
- Support speech and image inputs alongside text for multimodal customer interactions.
- Create the evaluation harness used to validate claims about system autonomy.
- Build a language interface for scheduling and optimization engines that communicates trade-offs in customer terms.
- Develop security controls with the security team, including prompt-injection resistance, personal-data handling, guardrails, auditability, and data residency.
Requirements
- Experience with S2S integration using n8n or Temporal, or alternatively MuleSoft, Apache Camel, or Boomi.
- Experience with Go and Python.
- Experience building multi-tenant SaaS solutions and scaling AI-native products and applications.
- Experience delivering production-grade GenAI solutions, including RAG pipelines, hybrid retrieval, embeddings, and agentic systems.
- Experience with AI frameworks and tooling such as Pydantic AI, LangChain, and MCP, including MCP development and plan-based agentic software development.
- Experience with DevOps and cloud-native infrastructure, including Docker, Kubernetes, CNCF technologies, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with API gateways and API products, preferably Kong or Tyk.
- Preferred experience optimizing AI services for latency and cost and with specification-driven development.
- Interest in adopting new technologies and staying current with GenAI and AI-based software development.
