Responsibilities
- Design and develop strategic marketplace plugins, including enterprise search and interactive data-analysis and dashboard capabilities.
- Use Claude, Claude Agent SDK, Model Context Protocol, and third-party plugins to adapt solutions to enterprise architecture and security constraints.
- Deploy proof-of-concept Microsoft Office add-ins for Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, then collaborate with Packaging teams on industrialization and large-scale rollout.
- Create token-consumption dashboards for managers and sponsors, migrate FinOps tracking to per-user cost accounting, and implement automated quota-overrun alerts.
- Define and implement version 2 of the marketplace access flow with IAM, Provisioning, and Packaging teams.
- Enable managers to customize team environments through token quotas and model-access selection.
- Translate business needs into deliverable features while coordinating with Security, IAM, Packaging, and business management stakeholders.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or engineering-school qualification in AI or computer science, or equivalent experience.
- 3 to 7 years of professional experience.
- Hands-on operational expertise with Claude, Claude Code, Claude Agent SDK, and development or adaptation of MCP servers and plugins.
- Experience deploying Microsoft Office add-ins in an enterprise environment.
- Knowledge of Modern Data Stack or Data Lakehouse integration is preferred and useful for the data plugin.
- Ability to work across technical and business stakeholders and translate business needs into deliverable functionality.
- Fluent French and English.
