Responsibilities
- Design and deliver technology architecture for platforms, products, or engagements.
- Define solutions that address performance, capability, scalability, and enterprise operational requirements.
- Lead architectural standards and best practices across projects.
- Collaborate with technical teams and business units to align technology strategies with organizational objectives.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, manage team performance, and make decisions across multiple teams.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges related to IT operations and monitoring.
Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
- Strong knowledge of IT service management processes and their integration with ServiceNow ITOM.
- Experience designing scalable and high-performance ITOM solutions for complex enterprise environments.
- Ability to analyze system requirements and translate them into architectural designs.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and their interaction with ITOM tools.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
