Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Analyze and decompose system-level ADAS/AD requirements into actionable software tasks.
- Lead the design of robust, reusable, and high-performance software architectures for behavior planning.
- Develop automotive-grade, safety-compliant software with a focus on low-latency execution.
- Validate software through unit, SIL/HIL, and on-vehicle testing.
- Collaborate with perception, localization, control, and validation teams for feature integration.
- Drive software integration, optimization, and process improvements.
Requirements
- Master’s in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical/Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of software development experience in autonomous driving, ADAS, or robotics.
- Strong programming skills in C/C++ with a solid understanding of software engineering principles.
- Proven track record of delivering ADAS/AD features through the full production lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience with software integration on embedded platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to build reliable production-grade systems.
