Responsibilities
- Analyze production issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Support incident resolution and meet service-level agreements.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to streamline deployment automation and monitor system performance.
- Integrate Oracle CPQ with ERP, CRM, and other enterprise systems.
- Maintain configuration guides, troubleshooting steps, and deployment documentation.
- Identify opportunities to optimize CPQ processes and improve system efficiency.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience with Oracle CPQ.
- Strong knowledge of DevOps practices, automation, and monitoring tools.
- Experience with incident management and root cause analysis.
- Knowledge of BML scripts, pricing rules and formulas, configuration models, and approval workflows.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Preferred: Oracle CPQ Cloud, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, BML, BMQL, JSON, REST/SOAP APIs, and Oracle CPQ certifications.
- Preferred: experience in Agile and collaborative team environments.
