15+ years of Software Engineering experience in an enterprise environment.
Hands-on experience with Java, .Net, or Ruby (Rails).
Experience in building AI Agents and NLP is preferred.
Advanced degree in a quantitative discipline or equivalent experience.
Extensive experience in designing API-driven services and microservice architectures.
Strong understanding of AI/ML techniques for data analytics.
Demonstrated ability to mentor engineering teams.
Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
