Responsibilities
- Apply generative AI and agentic AI capabilities to transform businesses and software development lifecycles.
- Develop conversational AI, agentic process automation, and agentic software development lifecycle solutions.
- Participate across the full lifecycle, including product design, scoping, solution design, development, deployment, and adoption.
- Optimize the accuracy, latency, cost, and computational efficiency of large language model and agentic AI solutions.
- Partner directly with clients on new features and future product releases.
- Guide non-technical teams and consultants on robust agentic AI platform and software development practices.
- Manage client engagements and relationships while acting as an interface between business and technology.
- Develop thought leadership, scientific papers, and conference presentations on behalf of BCG X.
Requirements
- Deep experience in software development and working with global, remote agile squads.
- Proficiency implementing AI platforms such as LangGraph, AWS Bedrock, GCP Gemini Enterprise, Azure AI Foundry, and Crew AI.
- Experience optimizing algorithms, large language models, and AI platforms for computational efficiency.
- Familiarity with relational, non-relational, and streaming data storage, manipulation, and management.
- Understanding of parallel computing and experience with large language models and AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud infrastructure.
- Experience applying software development practices and standards to build robust, maintainable software.
- Comfort working in client-facing roles, managing engagements and relationships, and providing technical thought leadership.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to interface between business and technology.
- Preferred experience building generative AI tools and with GraphQL, React, JavaScript, TypeScript, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, SQL, Spark, Hadoop, Pandas, and Scikit-learn.
- Ability to travel based on client and business needs.
