Responsibilities

Apply generative AI and agentic AI capabilities to business transformation and software development life cycle initiatives.
Develop conversational AI, agentic process automation, and agentic software development life cycle solutions.
Own activities across product design, scoping, solution design, development, deployment, and adoption.
Optimize agentic AI solutions for accuracy, latency, computational efficiency, and cost.
Guide non-technical teams and consultants on robust AI platform and software development practices.
Work directly with clients on new features and future product releases.
Manage client engagements and relationships while acting as an interface between business and technology.
Develop thought leadership, scientific papers, and conference content on behalf of BCG X.

Deep experience in software development and collaboration with global and remote agile squads.
Proficiency implementing AI platforms such as LangGraph, AWS Bedrock, GCP Gemini Enterprise, Azure AI Foundry, and Crew AI.
Experience with large language models and AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud infrastructure.
Familiarity with relational, non-relational, and streaming data structures and an understanding of parallel computing.
Ability to apply software development practices and standards to create robust, maintainable software.
Comfort working in client-facing roles and guiding clients, consultants, and non-technical teams.
Strong project management skills and the ability to provide thought leadership across industries.
Nice-to-have experience building generative AI tools and with GraphQL, React, JavaScript, TypeScript, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, SQL, Spark, Hadoop, Pandas, and Scikit-learn.

The role is located in Mumbai or Gurgaon.
Ability to travel based on client and business needs.
