Responsibilities
- Develop SharePoint web parts, custom solutions, websites, dashboards, business intelligence reports, and Power Platform solutions using Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
- Build custom applications that integrate internal and external data sources with web front ends and backend databases.
- Install and configure Windows servers and related services, and administer Azure services including App Services, SQL Managed Instances, Key Vault, Virtual Machines, and Storage Accounts or Containers.
- Implement information assurance controls including IAVA, STIG, Zero Trust requirements, and Section 508 accessibility compliance.
- Perform code testing and error validation before production deployment.
- Plan, document, design, prototype, storyboard, review, and develop SharePoint solutions and custom applications.
- Configure and use Azure DevOps repositories, pipelines, work tracking, security, and account management.
- Integrate OpenAI or similar artificial intelligence cloud services into solutions.
- Develop application technical guides, support and train end users, participate in project meetings, and provide technology recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or an associate degree in Computer Science plus two additional years of experience.
- Six years of experience installing, configuring, and managing Microsoft Servers, Microsoft IIS, and Microsoft Visual Studio.
- Two years of experience using Azure cloud services and deploying solutions through Azure DevOps.
- In-depth experience with data modeling, Python, R, UI/UX design and implementation, Azure or comparable cloud services, virtualization using Hyper-V or VMware, Microsoft Office, VBA, Agile concepts, and STIG and information assurance policies.
- Knowledge and experience with OpenAI or similar AI technologies.
- Microsoft Certified Developer Associate certification or a current successor certification; candidates without the certification may obtain it within 30 days if selected.
- Active Secret clearance.
- IAT II certification, typically CompTIA Security+, or the ability to obtain it within 60 days.
- Azure AZ-900 Microsoft Azure Fundamentals certification or similar certification, or the ability to obtain it within 60 days.
