Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design, development, and delivery.
- Set development standards and ensure code quality, scalability, and performance.
- Provide technical solutions and make decisions across multiple teams.
- Lead best-practice implementation to improve software quality and team productivity.
- Mentor and support team members and advise stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 15 years of experience, including a minimum of 15 years with SAP BTP Datasphere.
- Proficiency in SAP BTP Datasphere.
- Strong expertise designing scalable and high-performance software architectures.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex software development projects.
- Ability to analyze and resolve technical challenges across multiple teams.
- Strong influencing, advisory, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- 15 years of full-time education.
