Responsibilities
- Advise Army Intelligence leaders on digital solutions that address immediate capability gaps and improve decision-making.
- Coordinate with Army and Intelligence Enterprise stakeholders to identify, recommend, and implement GOTS/COTS solutions.
- Rapidly deliver, sustain, and document approved digital solutions for executive and staff requirements.
- Automate workflows for recurring taskers, reporting, travel management, calendars, and approvals.
- Integrate data, knowledge resources, and approved enterprise tools.
- Develop executive dashboards covering projects, funding, tasks, milestones, risks, and priorities.
- Enable approved AI-supported search, document synthesis, data extraction, and draft generation.
- Create technical documentation, workflow diagrams, user guides, and process artifacts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field, or directly related military experience.
- At least 7 years of relevant experience.
- Experience working with Army, Department of War, or other defense clients.
- Knowledge of digital architecture principles, workflow design, process modeling, and enterprise solution development.
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Microsoft Entra ID, security groups, permissions, governance, and service configurations.
- Knowledge of software engineering practices including design, testing, configuration management, and documentation.
- Ability to work with customers, subject matter experts, and stakeholders from diverse technical and operational backgrounds.
- Ability to adapt to changing requirements, technologies, and customer needs.
- Ability to work independently and contribute effectively within a collaborative team.
- Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance required.
