Base Salary
$230k - $289k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build the software for collision avoidance motion planning.
- Lead the technical direction of software projects and define architecture.
- Design, develop, and review complex software components.
- Ensure code quality and maintainability.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers.
- Identify and resolve complex technical challenges.
Requirements
- MS or higher degree in a related field with 6 years of industry experience.
- Strong background in computer science, especially in C++ coding.
- Experience with real-time systems, particularly latency handling.
- Good communication skills and ability to guide team members.
- Past experience in the autonomous driving or robotics industry.
