Responsibilities
- Write clean, scalable, performant, and secure web applications.
- Collaborate with the team to design and implement new features.
- Create and execute unit tests.
- Participate in proof of concepts, emerging-technology research, and other research work.
- Design and develop in-house desktop and web software systems used by staff and construction crews.
- Optimize and create user experiences and interfaces for visualizing big data.
- Incorporate AI agents and tools into work assignments.
- Merge and resolve code-branch conflicts.
- Capture or infer parameters needed to achieve machine learning objectives.
- Integrate enterprise systems.
- Deploy and modify application infrastructure.
- Optimize workflows through script automation.
- Optimize data access and develop solutions that enhance data integrity.
Requirements
- Passion and perseverance to learn and apply technologies including SQL, C#, .NET, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST APIs, TypeScript, and Angular.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills.
- A security-first mindset.
- Familiarity with software development practices.
- Previous exposure to ERP environments is an asset.
- Exposure to AI and agentic workflows is beneficial.
