Base Salary
$217k - $303k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain the underlying infrastructure of the developer platform.
- Build new features for external developers such as SQL db as a service.
- Contribute to the entire development cycle: technical design, development, test, experimentation, analysis, and launch.
- Review code and design docs, providing feedback on product specs and mocks.
- Contribute meaningfully to team strategy and encourage active participation in planning.
Requirements
- 7+ years of industry experience in backend, infrastructure, developer tools, or app platforms.
- Experience as a technical leader in executing large scale projects and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in Go, Typescript, Redis, distributed SQL, and Kubernetes.
- Ability to mentor and coach other engineers while promoting strong software engineering best practices.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a self-directed and innovative mindset.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration in a fully-remote environment.
