Base Salary
$195k - $229k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and own full-stack features and reusable platform primitives for internal teams, partners, and customers.
- Deploy, operate, support, monitor, and maintain Government Cloud integrations, including on-call incident response and change management.
- Contribute to authentication, data-ingestion, and schema-evolution services for secure and reliable integrations.
- Implement and maintain continuous-monitoring detectors, automated tests, and versioned federal framework mappings.
- Build secure, documented, scalable services and user interfaces using TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Improve performance, operational excellence, and software development lifecycle practices while using AI tools to accelerate development and operations.
Requirements
- 6+ years of full-stack development experience building reliable, scalable, and fault-tolerant systems.
- Experience designing APIs and reusable components, with knowledge of RESTful APIs, OAuth, API keys, JWT, and security best practices.
- Experience building data ingestion from cloud providers, HRIS, identity providers, or code repositories using rate limiting, retries, idempotency, and webhooks.
- Ability to design for scale, reliability, failure modes, edge cases, and operational risk.
- Ability to collaborate with internal teams, federal agency employees, vendors, and Third-Party Assessment Organizations.
- Motivation to build trustworthy systems in regulated environments and responsible use of AI tools.
- Must reside and work exclusively from within the United States and be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
- Preferred: familiarity with FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, FISMA, and government or regulated cloud environments such as AWS GovCloud, Azure Government, or GCP.
- Bonus: startup experience and interest in security or compliance products.
