Responsibilities
- Build and evolve developer tooling, including observability and CI/CD workflows.
- Architect, deploy, and operate agentic AI solutions that perform multi-step developer tasks.
- Integrate agents into the internal developer platform and its CI/CD and observability workflows.
- Scale reliable platform and agentic solutions across more than 800 engineers and diverse technology stacks.
- Work directly with developers to solve day-to-day engineering challenges.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a closely related discipline, including B.Tech or B.E. qualifications.
- 4–7 years of hands-on experience as a Platform Engineer or Site Reliability Engineer.
- Recent hands-on experience working with agentic AI.
- Experience building and deploying multi-step agents with tool use, memory, and autonomous decision-making.
- Solid experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native infrastructure, preferably AWS.
- Experience running AI workloads reliably at scale.
- Hands-on experience with observability tools and strong system engineering skills.
