Responsibilities
- Oversee the Bybit EU test management framework, including test processes, test data, test environments, and test team setup.
- Work with business SRE and relevant teams to control releases to Bybit EU.
- Participate in or lead overall testing and ensure changes fulfill business needs.
- Ensure the quality of tested systems and resolve technical problems during the testing process.
- Design and develop testing tools and automated testing capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, mathematics, information management, or a related major.
- Strong command of English and Chinese.
- Familiarity with at least one programming language, such as C, C++, Java, Python, or Perl.
- Knowledge of software development processes and software testing theories and methods.
- Experience designing and developing testing tools and automated testing frameworks.
- Experience with a cryptocurrency exchange.
