Responsibilities

Help advance new and innovative data streaming use cases from conception to Go-Live.
Execute on and lead technical proofs of concept.
Conduct discovery and whiteboard sessions to develop new use cases.
Provide thought leadership by delivering technical talks and workshops.
Guide customers with hands-on help and best practices for operational maturity.
Analyze customer consumption trends and identify optimization opportunities.
Work closely with product and engineering teams as a key product advocate.
Forge strong relationships with key customer stakeholders.

Become a trusted advisor to key customer personas including software engineers and technical executives.
Autonomously lead engagements with customers while collaborating with internal teams.
Understand MEDDIC/MEDDPICC or similar qualification frameworks.
Possess exceptional presentation and communication capabilities.
Have experience with technical sales of distributed systems and infrastructure software.
Some experience in Java or Python and familiarity with developing ETL applications.
Hold a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant experience.
