Responsibilities
- Develop, design, code, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Design and execute automated Selenium test scripts and integrate them into continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
- Analyze test results, troubleshoot issues, improve test coverage, and contribute to software quality and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver software solutions.
- Maintain existing software components, document development processes and code changes, and support future maintenance.
- Work independently toward subject-matter expertise, participate in team discussions, solve work-related problems, and guide junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience with Selenium is required.
- Proficiency in Selenium is required.
- Experience with automated test script design and execution, test-result analysis, troubleshooting, and test coverage improvement is required.
- Knowledge of the software development life cycle and agile methodologies is required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills are required.
