Responsibilities
- Design and develop large-scale agentic AI systems powering Alexa Communications features.
- Design and architect advanced AI systems integrated with Alexa’s core experience.
- Develop and scale real-time solutions that enable intelligent communication experiences.
- Collaborate with product management, sciences, design, and engineering teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality systems.
- Ensure data quality and availability across technology layers.
- Evaluate and implement technologies that improve Alexa systems.
- Share knowledge and provide technical guidance to team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- At least 2 years of non-internship experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
- Preferred: 3+ years of full software development lifecycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Preferred: bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
