Responsibilities
- Identify source-system tables and fields and build ETL extractions, transformations, and Celonis data models for customer service processes.
- Design, build, operate, and maintain Celonis Action Flows and Process Orchestrator automations that execute customer outcomes such as end-to-end refunds.
- Integrate automations with Flix backend systems and AI-driven chatbot and voicebot channels using APIs.
- Build scalability, error handling, monitoring, auditability, and safe rollout controls into production automations handling real customer transactions.
- Reverse-engineer, document, harden, and extend data models and automation logic transferred from an external implementation partner.
- Collaborate with business users, the Data Analyst, and IT engineering to translate business rules and requirements into technical solutions.
- Document technical requirements, data requirements, ETL work, and automation work to Centre of Excellence standards.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience building production automations on process orchestration or automation platforms.
- Proven ownership of solutions processing transactions at scale, including 1 million or more transactions annually.
- Experience with Celonis is strongly preferred, including Data Integration, PQL, Knowledge Models, Action Flows, and Process Orchestrator.
- Strong experience with automation platforms such as n8n, Camunda, UiPath, Power Automate, or Make is relevant.
- Working SQL and data modelling knowledge, including case identification, join-grain control, and validation against source systems.
- Understanding of CRM, ticketing, order management, and ERP systems, including their data structures, process flows, and business logic.
- Knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs, authentication mechanisms, webhooks, rate limits, JSON, and XML.
- Ability to independently read API documentation, understand integration patterns, and reason about data flow across system boundaries.
- Ability to gather requirements and explain and defend technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders in a hybrid technical-business role.
- Clear written documentation and communication in English.
- Python or similar scripting experience and hands-on chatbot or voicebot integration experience are preferred but not required.
