Responsibilities
- Identify source-system tables and fields and build ETL processes and Celonis data models for customer service workflows.
- Design, build, operate, and maintain production automations using Celonis Action Flows and Process Orchestrator.
- Integrate automations with Flix backend systems and AI-driven chatbot and voicebot channels through APIs.
- Build scalable workflows with error handling, monitoring, auditability, and controlled change rollouts.
- Reverse-engineer, document, harden, extend, and take in-house ownership of automation assets from an external implementation partner.
- Collaborate with business users, data analysts, and IT engineering on requirements, business logic, integrations, security, and scalability.
- Document technical requirements, data requirements, ETL processes, and automation work to Centre of Excellence standards.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience building production automations on process orchestration or automation platforms.
- Experience owning and shipping solutions that handle transactions at scale, including 1M or more transactions annually.
- Working SQL knowledge and data-modelling fundamentals, including case IDs, join grain, and source validation.
- Experience with Celonis is strongly preferred, including Data Integration, PQL, Knowledge Models, Action Flows, or Process Orchestrator.
- Relevant experience with n8n, Camunda, UiPath, Power Automate, or Make is also valuable.
- Understanding of CRM, ticketing, order management, and ERP systems, including their data structures, process flows, and business logic.
- Knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs, authentication mechanisms, webhooks, rate limits, JSON, XML, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Ability to independently read API documentation and reason about data flows across system boundaries.
- Clear written and verbal communication in English and the ability to work effectively in a roughly 70/30 technical-business role.
- Python or similar scripting experience and hands-on chatbot or voicebot integration experience are preferred but not required.
