Responsibilities
- Design and implement IAM solutions using Java, SailPoint IdentityIQ, Oracle Identity Governance, and Oracle Identity Manager.
- Develop provisioning, deprovisioning, access certification, role mining, and role engineering solutions.
- Configure and customize IdentityIQ connectors, rules, workflows, and related IAM components.
- Configure Oracle IAM platforms for account lifecycle management and role-based access models.
- Optimize Java-based connectors, web services, adapters, and security integrations.
- Troubleshoot IAM incidents and defects and perform root cause analysis.
- Document IAM designs, implementation patterns, processes, and technical standards.
- Align IAM controls with cybersecurity governance, risk, compliance, and insurance regulatory requirements.
- Improve IAM monitoring, alerts, and dashboards for anomalous access detection.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing with business and operations teams.
- Provide guidance on IAM design patterns, coding practices, and secure integration approaches.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience working with SailPoint IdentityIQ in functional and/or technical configuration.
- Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, RBAC, access certifications, separation of duties, and entitlements.
- Hands-on experience with IdentityIQ workflows, BeanShell/Java rules, forms, and connectors.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, LDAP, REST/SOAP APIs, JDBC, and flat-file integrations.
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
- Basic knowledge of SQL, XML, and Java/J2EE technologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with SOX, GDPR, ISO 27001, and NIST is a plus.
