Responsibilities
- Contribute to software features end to end, including requirements clarification, design, implementation, testing, debugging, and shipping.
- Use Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and AI agents to accelerate development while reviewing, testing, and validating generated output.
- Improve agent configurations, prompt and context templates, MCP integrations, and development guardrails.
- Write and improve tests and quality checks to verify behavior, catch regressions, and make AI-generated code production-ready.
- Investigate bugs by reproducing issues, analyzing logs, and diagnosing concurrency, operating-system, and environment-specific problems.
- Work across Windows and Linux and support cloud, containerized, on-premises, and air-gapped deployments.
- Prototype and evaluate AI-powered product capabilities including LLM-assisted analysis, automated triage, and AI-assisted integration support.
- Collaborate with Product Management and QA on requirements, technical trade-offs, and reliable feature delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 1 year of professional experience with a track record of feature ownership.
- Understanding of object-oriented programming, SOLID principles, common design patterns, multithreaded programming, and system design.
- Strong coding and debugging skills, including navigating large codebases and diagnosing processes, services, and permissions across operating systems.
- Hands-on experience using AI coding assistants and agentic tools in real development work, with the ability to review and verify generated code.
- Working knowledge of LLM fundamentals including prompt and context design, tool or function calling, output evaluation, and data privacy for proprietary code.
- Experience with design reviews and the ability to clearly communicate technical concepts.
- Development experience on Windows and Linux platforms.
- Preferred qualifications include production-system experience, Rust or C++, AI agents or agentic pipelines, performance profiling, OSI networking, cybersecurity, SQLite or PostgreSQL, and Agile development.
