Base Salary
$90k - $100k/yr
Responsibilities
- Refine requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, secure, and reliable code.
- Develop data mapping and data translation solutions for data-oriented business applications.
- Optimize application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
- Develop unit tests and participate in code reviews and refactoring.
- Create web services and Web APIs from scratch.
- Produce technical and end-user documentation.
- Serve as the technical lead for a development project and work independently and collaboratively.
Requirements
- A BS degree in a software or technical field plus at least two years of progressive software experience, or at least five years of progressive software development experience without a degree.
- US citizenship and an active Top Secret or Q clearance, or the ability to obtain a Department of Energy Q clearance.
- Experience with ASP.NET, MVC, C#, SQL Server, Oracle, and software design or architectural patterns.
- Experience with frontend frameworks such as Angular, React, or Aurelia.
- Experience with HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, jQuery, Bootstrap, TypeScript, Node.js, NPM, and RxJS.
- Strong experience with C#, Visual Studio, and Microsoft toolsets.
- Experience with Internet Information Services version 7.0 or higher, Git-based source control, and web services or Web APIs.
- Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Preferred experience with Agile methodology, DevOps disciplines and toolsets, and test automation frameworks.
