Responsibilities
- Analyze large customer datasets to identify patterns in Order-to-Cash processes and design future-state architectures.
- Define KPIs and target metrics to measure solution ROI and financial outcomes.
- Configure HighRadius’s autonomous platform and AI algorithms.
- Architect and configure data interfaces between the SaaS platform and ERP systems.
- Lead onsite customer testing and training sessions.
- Drive go-live deployment, stabilization, and achievement of target KPIs.
- Manage customer engagements and independently navigate ambiguity to maintain project momentum.
Requirements
- Graduating in 2025 or 2026 with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering, MIS, Data Science, or a related field.
- Strong communication, curiosity, grit, self-motivation, adaptability, and hands-on execution skills.
- Ability to align diverse stakeholders around a technical vision and work with Finance Managers and subject matter experts.
- Willingness to travel to client sites for project implementations.
- Right to live and work in the Netherlands.
