Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and highly available AI application architectures and solutions.
- Build frontend-to-backend-to-database features and components using React, FastAPI, and related technologies.
- Develop front-end, back-end, data, and software implementation solutions based on business needs.
- Collaborate with engineering leads, data scientists, analysts, and product managers to define architecture and implementation approaches.
- Review pull requests, enforce coding standards, and raise software quality across the team.
- Create technical documentation and diagrams and provide artifacts and evidence for auditors.
- Enhance user experience while maintaining compatibility with existing data products and platforms.
- Ensure development, coding, privacy, and security standards are followed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience building web applications and user interfaces from scratch through production.
- Strong proficiency with React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Node.js.
- Hands-on programming experience with Python, FastAPI, Flask, PySpark, Java, J2EE, GraphQL, and RESTful APIs.
- Experience with microservices, cloud production environments, AWS or Azure, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Hands-on experience building CI/CD pipelines and applying DevOps engineering practices.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum cross-functional software development and delivery teams.
- Cybersecurity domain familiarity is preferred, including vulnerability management, cyber asset management, SAST/DAST, IAM, SSO, MFA, cyber threat intelligence, security operations, access control, network security, insider threat, and data loss protection.
- Knowledge of data science, AI/ML/DL/NLP models and algorithms, data integration, and MLOps is preferred.
