Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain monitoring for ML and AI operational signals.
- Build and operate evaluation and testing pipelines for ML and AI systems.
- Investigate and resolve production issues related to model behavior.
- Collaborate with infrastructure teams for stable AI inference.
- Manage the lifecycle of ML models and associated components.
- Design effective feedback loops for continuous improvement.
- Uphold governance and compliance standards for ML/AI systems.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of operational procedures.
- Communicate system health and operational insights to stakeholders.
- Support the growth of junior team members through mentorship.
Requirements
- High proficiency in Python for scripting and maintaining production models.
- Strong SQL skills for data manipulation and operational checks.
- Experience with GenAI solutions and orchestration tools.
- Solid understanding of classical ML algorithms and challenges.
- Hands-on experience with model monitoring tools.
- Experience with Azure for deployment and resource management.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Nice to have: Experience with big data frameworks.
- Nice to have: Understanding of containerization and orchestration.
- Nice to have: Exposure to workflow or IaC tooling.
