Responsibilities
- Translate complex business challenges into production-ready AI, data, and automation solutions.
- Analyze business processes, design solutions, and build prototypes that develop into scalable implementations.
- Work closely with stakeholders, end users, customer teams, AI Engineers, Platform Engineers, and architects.
- Implement Agentic AI, automation, and AI platforms within existing processes and systems.
- Support solution adoption and ensure that delivered technology creates customer value.
- Combine engineering, consultancy, solution design, and adoption guidance in multidisciplinary customer projects.
Requirements
- HBO- or WO-level thinking and working capability.
- Experience at the intersection of software engineering, AI, data, automation, or solution design.
- Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into working AI, data, and automation solutions.
- Experience with stakeholder management and collaboration with users and customer teams.
- Knowledge of AI, Agentic AI, automation, and implementing solutions within existing processes and systems.
- Ability to switch between technical depth and business challenges and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Willingness to work in multidisciplinary teams and take ownership of customer value and adoption.
- Fluent Dutch at C1 level.
