Responsibilities

  • Perform quality assurance for all aspects of FX market-making and FX algorithmic trading.
  • Manage and work on projects related to FX products.
  • Develop and maintain Java-based test automation, API tests, low-latency performance tests, and UI automation.
  • Validate FX trading systems, including FIX protocol, regulatory reporting, and real-time trading functionality.
  • Support the quality and reliability of electronic FX systems in collaboration with global development teams.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in financial-services QA, with a minimum of 3 years specifically in FX or trading systems.
  • Strong expertise in Java-based test automation using TestNG, JUnit, and Cucumber.
  • Experience with API testing, performance testing for low-latency systems, and UI automation using Selenium and Playwright.
  • Experience testing React or Vue.js applications.
  • Preferred knowledge of FIX protocol testing, regulatory-reporting validation, and real-time trading-system testing.
  • Experience integrating CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitLab with large Gradle build systems is beneficial.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills, communication abilities across technical and business teams, and an innovative approach to automation and process improvement.
  • Familiarity with AI coding assistants and the ability to use them while maintaining code quality standards.
  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from an accredited educational institution.
