Responsibilities
- Own the technical delivery of Salesforce projects from solution design through development, deployment, and go-live.
- Lead technical discovery, architecture, design sessions, and client-ready technical documentation.
- Provide technical roadmaps, platform guidance, and scalable Salesforce solutions to project teams and stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor 2–5 developers, delegate work, review deliverables, and maintain development quality and coding standards.
- Manage technical plans, risks, dependencies, timelines, and resources across the development lifecycle.
- Partner with project managers, solution consultants, clients, and vendors to align delivery with project goals, budgets, timelines, and expectations.
- Act as a Salesforce technical advisor and subject matter expert for solution discussions, business development, and complex technical challenges.
- Maintain technical documentation, knowledge transfer, code quality, and development best practices.
Requirements
- 10+ years of consulting or technology experience, including 7+ years of Salesforce experience.
- Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Technical Architect on enterprise Salesforce implementations.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce solution architecture, design, development, integrations, and data migration.
- Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning/LWC, web services, Salesforce APIs, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, platform limitations, governor limits, security, data, and integration patterns.
- Experience leading technical design sessions, defining deliverables, producing technical documentation, and translating business requirements into scalable architectures.
- Experience delivering multiple Salesforce implementations using iterative methodologies.
- Experience participating in business development or pre-sales discussions as a Salesforce subject matter expert.
- Active Salesforce certifications or willingness to obtain relevant certifications.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to client sites when required.
