Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and modify moderately complex information systems through research, fact-finding, modeling, feasibility studies, and systems analysis.
- Architect, design, develop, and implement enterprise-scale cloud solutions on AWS or GCP.
- Lead strategic transformation initiatives for the Financial Crimes Compliance domain, including AML, sanctions, and fraud monitoring or screening.
- Design and develop cloud automation, configuration management, and infrastructure-as-code deployments using enterprise-scale technologies.
- Set architectural direction for cloud foundational services, identity and access management, and cloud governance.
- Collaborate with analysts, engineers, and programmers on system capabilities, performance requirements, interfaces, constraints, and system changes.
- Oversee technical documentation, system maintenance, operational guidance, end-user training materials, and demonstrations.
- Coach and mentor lower-level professionals and guide engineering teams on technical best practices.
- Apply AI/ML solutions, large language models, intelligent automation, generative AI platforms, or AI-driven analytics to enterprise technology or business problems.
- Support systems-of-record integration and financial crime compliance data requirements.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on and leadership experience architecting, designing, developing, and implementing cloud solutions on AWS or GCP, including enterprise-scale technology initiatives.
- At least 3 years designing and developing cloud automation, configuration management, and enterprise-scale infrastructure as code using Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM, Ansible, and Python.
- Exceptional technical leadership in cloud foundational services, identity and access management, and cloud governance.
- Hands-on and oversight experience with Python, Ruby, Bash, Java, Go, JavaScript, and/or Node.js, plus the ability to mentor engineering teams.
- Direct experience applying AI/ML solutions, tools, and technologies to enterprise technology or business problems.
- Relevant Financial Crime, Risk & Compliance experience, including AML, sanctions screening, fraud detection or prevention, regulatory data requirements, and systems-of-record integration.
- Preferred AWS Cloud Certification or Google Cloud Certification and certifications related to AI/ML platforms or data engineering.
- Preferred familiarity with cloud adoption frameworks, well-architected frameworks, account organization, and multi-account architecture.
- Preferred familiarity with network, application, and information security principles applied to sensitive financial crime or compliance data.
- Preferred experience with enterprise data foundation programs, data model design, data pipeline development, and technology adoption across multiple systems of record.
