Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Engage customers and stakeholders to assess the feasibility of implementing use cases on the ServiceNow platform.
- Gather requirements and develop technical applications supporting customer requests.
- Design, configure, customize, and develop moderately complex ServiceNow applications, scripts, workflows, and integrations.
- Support the full software development life cycle, including feasibility, requirements, design, implementation, integration, testing, and deployment.
- Maintain and update an on-premises ServiceNow platform and support integrated enterprise computing environments.
- Collaborate on multidisciplinary technical projects aligned with organizational objectives.
- Develop solutions using the ServiceNow SCRUM module.
- At the SES.3 level, develop complex applications, lead design and code reviews, architect IT Service Management applications, and develop integrations with external business applications.
- At the SES.3 level, lead technical efforts, recommend technical approaches, and present business process strategies to management.
Requirements
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. DOE Q-level security clearance; U.S. citizenship is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and ServiceNow platform development experience.
- Experience across multiple stages of the software project life cycle, including requirements, design, implementation, integration, testing, and deployment.
- Broad experience implementing IT Service Management applications comparable to ServiceNow applications.
- Experience implementing, maintaining, or supporting integrated computing environments in an enterprise setting.
- Strong analysis, problem-solving, communication, presentation, documentation, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work under limited direction and determine methods, techniques, or evaluation criteria within the assignment scope.
- For SES.3, significant experience architecting IT Service Management applications and defining solutions for integrated enterprise computing environments.
- Preferred: experience in Agile or DevOps development environments, extensive knowledge of ITIL principles and processes, ServiceNow or ITSM certifications, and knowledge of LLNL and NNSA policies and missions.
