Base Salary
$183k - $203k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test next-generation Strategic Systems.
- Work as a member of a cross-functional software engineering team for the NC3 business segment.
- Apply software engineering concepts, principles, and development processes to challenging technical problems.
- Provide technical leadership and collaborate effectively with internal teams and outside customers.
- Identify opportunities to apply AI for continuous improvement and innovation.
- Support ongoing professional development for yourself and others.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or a related STEM field plus at least 10 years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree plus at least 8 years of relevant experience.
- Object-oriented development experience.
- Experience with SAST tools, GitLab, Python, and Bash.
- Understanding of software engineering concepts, principles, theories, and development processes.
- Ability to provide technical leadership and communicate effectively, particularly with outside customers.
- U.S. citizenship and eligibility to obtain a Department of Defense Top Secret security clearance within a reasonable period after hire.
