Responsibilities
- Lead and execute core zero-to-one B2B AI/ML initiatives.
- Translate high-level strategic vision into concrete execution roadmaps.
- Architect scalable solutions and drive rapid implementation from prototype to production.
- Own critical milestones supporting department growth and a potential spin-off.
- Collaborate with engineers, researchers, commercial leaders, and the department founder.
Requirements
- Proven domain expertise in AI/ML or a related technical area.
- High-agency builder mindset with extreme end-to-end ownership.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Based in Europe or the Americas, or open to relocation or remote arrangements.
