Responsibilities
- Develop Python automation scripts that interact with cloud-based systems and tools.
- Build cloud automation workflows for catalog comparisons, environment-variable validation, topology conversion, JSON generation, and deployment configuration.
- Use Ericsson’s internal GenAI tools to design and implement agent-based automation solutions.
- Document automation processes, scripts, test cases, performance reports, and best practices.
- Analyze cloud architectures and workflows to identify non-functional requirements and test scenarios.
- Automate and execute performance, load, stress, and scalability tests using Robot Framework with Python, JMeter, or LoadRunner.
- Define test data, load patterns, cloud environment configurations, and measurable performance metrics.
- Review test results and analyze cloud system behavior under varying load conditions.
- Participate in team meetings and collaborate with senior testers and technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, cloud computing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Python scripting for data manipulation, API interaction, and automation.
- Familiarity with JSON and YAML for cloud configuration and data exchange.
- Understanding of AI/ML concepts, the ML lifecycle, large language models, and agentic AI frameworks is preferred.
- Familiarity with Ansible, Robot Framework, or RPA tools such as UiPath and Automation Anywhere is advantageous.
- Basic understanding of non-functional and performance testing, including JMeter or LoadRunner, is preferred.
- Familiarity with Git, AWS or Azure, cloud-native development, and SD-WAN technologies is preferred.
- Exposure to Bash or PowerShell and REST APIs is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, documentation, and willingness-to-learn skills.
