Base Salary
$163k - $196k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the installation and setup of Fivetran products for customers.
- Prepare environments for replication, including SQL scripting and command-line operations.
- Configure high-volume database connectors using UIs, command-line tools, and APIs.
- Work in containerized environments, including Kubernetes, for deployment and troubleshooting.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues during the implementation phase.
- Assist with data validation and performance optimization.
- Provide customer training and enablement to ensure independent management of data pipelines.
Requirements
- 6+ years of extensive experience in customer-facing roles.
- Solid understanding of data integration and replication.
- Experience with a wide range of databases and data warehouses/lakehouses.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and command-line scripting.
- Advanced understanding of networking approaches for secure data replication.
- Ability to analyze and resolve customer challenges effectively.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a focus on customer success.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation languages like Python.
- Experience with Kubernetes and containerized environments.
