Responsibilities
- Ensure the correct functioning of clinical trial software with a focus on patient safety and clinical study data integrity.
- Verify that requirements are clear, testable, and consistent with clinical trial protocols.
- Develop risk-based validation plans and author or manage validation deliverables.
- Author and execute test scripts.
- Document defects and track their resolution.
- As Lead Project Tester, coordinate testing tasks, oversee assigned software testing team members, serve as the testing point of contact, and support on-time study build delivery.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role, including web testing on software solutions.
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies and principles.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- eClinical domain knowledge preferred.
- Technical knowledge in SQL, programming, and automation preferred.
- Analytical reasoning, attention to detail, communication, prioritization, time management, ownership, proactivity, and follow-through.
