Base Salary
$90k - $150k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and ship production AI features including RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, and LLM applications on AWS Bedrock and Bedrock Knowledge Bases.
- Design and deliver asynchronous Python services using FastAPI, SQLAlchemy 2 async, asyncpg, and PostgreSQL.
- Stream live job progress to users over WebSocket and SSE.
- Build and own React/TypeScript portal features used by global services teams.
- Own features from design through deployment, including tests, CI, and observability.
- Work across backend, frontend, AWS cloud, and applied AI while learning Veeva Vault and CRM platform APIs.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience building and shipping production software used by real users.
- Strong Python experience building asynchronous REST APIs, with FastAPI preferred.
- Hands-on experience building at least one agent or RAG application and practical understanding of embeddings, vector search, chunking, and prompting.
- Comfort working across backend services and React/TypeScript frontend development.
- Working knowledge of SQL and PostgreSQL and confidence with Git-based team workflows.
- Foundational AWS experience, including deployment, IAM roles, and containers with Docker.
- Strong written and verbal English and ability to work effectively in a fast-moving remote team.
- Preferred experience includes AWS Bedrock, LangChain, LangGraph, asynchronous Python, WebSocket/SSE streaming, React, TypeScript, Vite, MUI, Terraform, CloudFormation, CI/CD pipelines, CloudWatch, Grafana, or Prometheus.
