Responsibilities
- Develop end-to-end system features spanning user experience, frontend code, backend code, and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with and help manage teams while serving as a subject matter expert.
- Make team decisions and contribute to decisions across multiple teams.
- Provide technical solutions for immediate and cross-functional teams.
- Coordinate development activities to support timely delivery of project milestones.
- Mentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing.
- Facilitate communication between technical and cross-functional teams.
- Troubleshoot and optimize application performance across the technology stack.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of backend development and database management.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies.
- Understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
