Base Salary
$189k - $248k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build agents, workflows, and custom tools that enable non-engineering teams to handle more work without additional headcount.
- Evaluate and integrate third-party tools and decide whether to buy or build solutions.
- Contribute to and empower stakeholders on Suno’s self-service application deployment platform.
- Design and implement patterns for internal APIs, authentication, and MCP beyond the Django monolith.
- Integrate and scale customer experience systems built around third-party platforms such as Zendesk.
- Partner with customer experience, legal, finance, people, and content operations teams to identify new challenges.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of full-stack software engineering experience.
- Demonstrated experience building, maintaining, and supporting internal tooling or systems that streamline engineering or business operations.
- Eagerness to learn and share agentic coding best practices and tools.
- Ability to work effectively in an early-stage 0-to-1 environment where the problem space is still being defined.
- Preferred: experience with agent frameworks such as LangGraph and evaluation or observability tools such as LangSmith or Braintrust.
- Preferred: familiarity with support tooling, CRM systems, or workflow automation platforms.
