Responsibilities
- Complete the Young Professional onboarding and technical training program.
- Work as a Test Engineer on diverse customer assignments after the two-month training period.
- Assess requirements critically, ask questions, and identify what can go wrong in IT solutions.
- Analyze risks and user needs to improve product quality, value, and trust.
- Use AI to help improve the quality of IT solutions.
- Collaborate with colleagues, customers, and project teams while working accurately and independently.
Requirements
- Be at the beginning of your career and motivated to learn, build, and create impact.
- Have a completed HBO or WO education; an IT-related degree is preferred.
- Have basic knowledge of or affinity with Agentic AI and Generative AI.
- Demonstrate attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Be analytical, proactive, and goal-oriented with good communication skills.
- Have good command of Dutch at C1 level.
- Knowledge of or affinity with Python, TypeScript, Java, SQL, XML, and/or HTML/CSS is preferred.
