Responsibilities
- Own Salesforce data integrity, ensuring quality, deduplication, and enrichment.
- Engineer the context retrieval backbone with versioned API endpoints for GTM agents.
- Optimize retrieval performance for fast and relevant responses.
- Scale data sources for the context layer without disrupting agents.
- Maintain fresh and resilient context through scheduled background jobs.
- Enable agent developers with starter queries and context patterns.
- Collaborate on vendor strategy for data integration.
Requirements
- Experience building or scaling data pipelines, ETL systems, or API backends.
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce data model and governance.
- Expertise with N8N, Supabase/Postgres, and API integrations.
- Understanding of LLM-adjacent tooling and data structuring.
- Strong operational rigor in monitoring and observability.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and break down architectural challenges.
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration with technical and business teams.
