Base Salary
$200k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain impactful frontend and backend improvements across StubHub platforms and products.
- Build and support reliable Supply Platform services for seller ticket inventory, automation, APIs, fraud protection, legal requirements, and service-level performance.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure engineering and code-quality best practices.
- Manage individual initiative priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Own projects from initial idea through production and solve complex problems with significant business impact.
- Mentor team members and help increase their technical capabilities.
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional software development experience.
- Extensive experience developing robust, mission-critical systems using multiple general-purpose programming languages such as Java or C#.
- Expertise in one or more of infrastructure, databases, data processing, machine learning, distributed systems, security, or privacy.
- Experience designing and developing solutions to complex problems with significant business impact.
- Strong understanding of how systems interact with the broader production environment, including dependencies and platform primitives.
- Ability to learn additional coding languages, platforms, frameworks, and tools.
- Experience owning projects from initial idea through production.
- Experience mentoring junior engineers.
