Responsibilities
- Design and develop advanced software applications for iOS, Android, and web platforms.
- Review, analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues while recommending improvements.
- Collaborate with team members to design and implement new functionality across multiple platforms.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and their potential impact on business and member value.
- Participate in planning meetings, iterations, and retrospectives and provide feedback.
- Manage API and web service versioning.
- Make independent technical decisions and help determine project direction.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience implementing high-performance, highly available, reliable, and secure software is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer and Information Science is preferred.
- Experience with Java/Android, Objective-C, frontend technology stacks, and Microsoft web frameworks is required.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, troubleshooting, collaboration, and self-learning skills are required.
- Knowledge of API and web service versioning is required.
- Prior consulting or freelancing experience is a bonus.
- Occasional travel to off-site business meetings or conferences is required.
