Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Gather requirements and design solutions for Salesforce CPQ and Ironclad CLM.
- Configure Salesforce systems and document processes.
- Conduct functional testing and manage knowledge transfer.
- Integrate and troubleshoot issues between Salesforce and other business systems.
- Provide changelogs and documentation for platform updates.
- Address user questions and implement enhancements based on feedback.
- Identify and resolve Salesforce problems with quality assurance testing.
- Train staff on best practices and system processes.
- Review and recommend new system features and updates.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Salesforce CPQ.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I.
- Salesforce Certified CPQ Administrator.
- Experience with Ironclad CLM is preferred.
- Proficient in Salesforce programming languages and tools.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to support diverse teams across various time zones.
- Commitment to continuous learning and adopting new technologies.
