Base Salary
$153k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect, build, and operate scalable distributed systems and backend services for Wallet, Tokenization, and Web3 infrastructure.
- Bridge traditional financial infrastructure with on-chain systems through smart contract integrations, chain indexers, and decentralized exchange trade flows.
- Lead architecture and technical execution for large, ambiguous, multi-quarter engineering initiatives.
- Partner with Product, Compliance, Security, and cross-functional leaders on technical roadmaps and high-impact solutions.
- Mentor engineers, lead design and code reviews, and improve reliability, observability, auditability, and operational rigor.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience designing, building, and maintaining distributed systems at scale.
- Deep backend development expertise using Go, Python, or Java and advanced knowledge of cloud-native, event-driven architectures.
- Strong system design, distributed data modeling, concurrency control, and scalability tradeoff skills.
- Experience designing correctness-critical systems involving idempotency, financial reconciliation, ledger consistency, and failure modes.
- Demonstrated technical leadership, cross-functional alignment, complex technical problem-solving, and mentoring experience.
- Strong interest or hands-on experience with blockchain fundamentals such as EVM, smart contracts, wallets, on-chain settlement, or decentralized infrastructure.
