Base Salary

$140k - $170k/yr

Responsibilities

Design and develop DevOps pipelines for Linux-based medical device software builds and releases.
Support Jenkins and other build tools, including CMake or Yocto, across on-premises and cloud environments.
Automate infrastructure, workflows, testing, documentation, artifact management, and software quality processes.
Measure and optimize build performance and efficiency and develop dashboards for build and quality metrics.
Create and maintain release branches, build artifacts, software bills of materials, and release documentation.
Perform tool validations and troubleshoot DevOps issues by isolating hardware or software root causes.
Support the formal release and transfer of software artifacts to manufacturing.
Collaborate with internal and external cross-functional teams and work independently on medium to large problems.

Bachelor’s degree with at least eight years of related experience, master’s degree with at least six years, PhD with at least three years, or equivalent work experience.
Experience with Linux, CMake and/or Yocto, Jenkins or other CI/CD deployment tools, and cloud-based software build infrastructure and artifact management.
Experience with programming or scripting languages such as Python and Bash.
Experience with version control systems, preferably Git, and standard programming concepts and best practices.
Experience with C++ is preferred.
Experience with Scrum or other Agile development methodologies.
Ability to analyze technical information, document procedures, present information, and communicate effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
