Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop, analyze, test, and implement extendable and reusable sensor fusion and tracking algorithms.
- Perform performance analysis of tracking and state estimation algorithms.
- Develop tools and prototypes using modern C++ and Python.
- Track and resolve algorithm defects.
- Work on cross-discipline engineering teams and communicate across engineering levels.
- Provide technical documentation and input to customer-facing presentations.
Requirements
- Level 2 requires a STEM bachelor’s degree and 2 years of related experience, or a master’s degree and 0–2 years of related experience.
- Level 3 requires a STEM bachelor’s degree and 5 years of related experience, or a master’s degree and 3 years of related experience, or a PhD and 1 year of related experience.
- Current active in-scope U.S. Government Top Secret clearance is required, with the ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI clearance.
- Experience with modern C++, development tools, IDEs, containerization technologies, Linux environments, object-oriented programming, data structures, and C++ debugging.
- Familiarity with Git, GitLab, Jira, revision control, documentation, planning, review systems, and Agile development practices.
- Knowledge of applied mathematics including linear algebra, statistics, numerical methods, control theory, optimization, and frequency analysis.
- Ability and willingness to travel 10% of the time.
- Preferred qualifications include multi-INT data fusion, state estimation and tracking algorithms, Python or MATLAB, multithreaded and low-latency applications, software profiling, GitLab ecosystem tools, research and development, and Intelligence Community customer experience.
