Base Salary

$149k - $224k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned Salesforce platform and application support cases through resolution.
  • Troubleshoot issues involving web tiers, databases, integrations, and Salesforce-specific technologies.
  • Partner with Worldwide Support, R&D, and Support Operations to resolve complex, high-severity cases.
  • Provide shift-based support coverage for global customers, including possible work outside normal business hours.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in a technical support or services role.
  • Experience with internet technologies such as firewalls, web servers, and proxy servers.
  • Familiarity with relational databases, SQL, object-oriented design, XML, and SOAP web services.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
  • U.S. citizenship, no dual citizenship, and agreement to complete a U.S. federal Minimum Background Investigation for a Moderate Public Trust position.
  • Preferred qualifications include front-end development with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and cross-browser development; back-end development with Java, .NET, and SQL; API programming; software development; Apex or Visualforce; large-scale multi-tenant production experience; Salesforce CRM knowledge; Salesforce certification; and prior SaaS support experience.
